The first doctoral concert of Sebastian Dumitrescu (Visit an external site. The link opens in a new tab.) explores the potential of using consonance and dissonance as compositional tools in the microtonal tuning system of 31 equal divisions of the octave.

The concert will feature the Uusinta String Quartet, composer Sebastian Dumitrescu, harpsichordist Matias Häkkinen, and the vocal ensemble The Vicentino Singers.

Konsertissa esiintyy Uusinta-jousikvartetti, säveltäjä Sebastian Dumitrescu, cembalisti Matias Häkkinen ja lauluyhtye The Vicentino Singers.
